Return & Refunds

Return Window:
We accept returns within 3 days of delivery. Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and accompanied by a proof of purchase.

Non-Returnable Items:

  • Gift cards

  • Clearance or final sale items

  • Personalized or custom products

Return Process:
To start a return, contact us with your order number and reason for return. We will provide instructions for sending the item back. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item was defective or incorrect.

Refunds:
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Exchanges:
If you received a defective or damaged item, we’re happy to exchange it for the same item. Please contact us within 7 days of delivery.
